    To feel depressed is to feel overwhelmed, isolated and despairing, just existing is a struggle!

  • Anxiety

    This can feel terrifying and consuming. In an attempt to get rid of it we try and fix what we think is the problem and we avoid things that might activate feeling like this again.

  • Self Harm

    This is a lonely and consuming agony for the sufferer and their family. Suffering in this way, tends to be secretive and full of fear.

  • Panic Attacks

    Panic attacks seem to come from nowhere and have the power to stop us in our tracks and create terror through a feeling of lack of safety.
